1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScreenPrint ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IDM Web Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScreenPrint for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may:

• Use the App on your Android device
• Print images, screenshots, and documents for business or personal use
• Use the App offline without internet connection

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Redistribute or sell the App
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for illegal purposes

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements (Android 8.0+)
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary permissions for content you print (copyright compliance)
• Proper disposal of printed materials containing sensitive information

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. ScreenPrint does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing occurs locally on your device.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to images, screenshots, and content you print using ScreenPrint. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to print the content
• Compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws
• Any consequences arising from printing or distributing content

6. Bluetooth and Printer Compatibility

While ScreenPrint supports most Bluetooth thermal printers, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all printer models.

We are not responsible for:

• Printer hardware malfunctions
• Quality of printed output (depends on printer and paper quality)
• Bluetooth connectivity issues related to your device or printer
• Costs associated with thermal paper or printer maintenance

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScreenPrint is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDM Web Solutions shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Damage to devices or printers
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if applicable).

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update ScreenPrint from time to time to:

• Add new features
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Enhance security
• Maintain compatibility with new Android versions

Updates may be provided via Google Play Store. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

10. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms, though we have no obligation to monitor user conduct.

11. Third-Party Services

ScreenPrint may interact with third-party services:

• Google Play Store: For app distribution and updates
• Bluetooth Devices: Your thermal printer hardware

We are not responsible for third-party services, devices, or their Terms of Service.

12. Open Source Licenses

ScreenPrint uses the following open-source libraries:

• ESCPOS-ThermalPrinter-Android (MIT License)
• uCrop (Apache 2.0 License)
• Material Components for Android (Apache 2.0 License)

These libraries are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon:

• Posting the updated Terms on this website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing in-app notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
